Q: What are "Hot Weeks"?
Hot weeks are available to GRN Members only, and at one low price of $298/week for Platinum Members and guests, and $398/week for Gold Members. Hot weeks are always available even during peak season.
Q: What are Guest Weeks?
Platinum Members have access to Unlimited Guest Weeks per year. The Guest Weeks are available at the normal rates ($398 to $799 for your Guest's entire weekly stay). Members can purchase a Guest Week and give it away to a family member or friend. They can pay you for the week or you can give it away as a gift. A Guest Week makes an awesome wedding or anniversary gift for a family member. Guest Weeks are NOT available with Gold Membership Purchases.
Q: How does this differ from a timeshare?
Timeshares have huge up front costs and are also known to obligate purchasers to iron clad contracts, annual dues, maintenance fees and other ongoing costs. Q: Is GRN like a timeshare exchange program?
Even with *free* timeshare programs, there are still many difficulties associated with them. You only have access to certain weeks and often, especially if it is peak season, these weeks are almost impossible to book. In addition, you often do not appreciate a savings on these exchanges.
